Club Membership

Membership subscriptions are based on a 12-month period. On joining every member has an account with the club - this can be topped up with money, so that you can purchase drinks etc on your club account. When using your account as a method of payment, members receive a 10% discount off all food and drink.

Membership may be withdrawn at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the club and in the event of such withdrawal or in the event of a member wishing to withdraw from membership, subscription and joining fees are not refundable or transferable. Members will automatically receive a renewal form one month prior to their membership expiry date.

Subscription Payment

Annual Membership Subscription payments can be made using cash, cheque, Visa, Access or Debit Cards. The subscription can also be paid using a monthly direct debit - see application form in the downloads section.

Club Account Payment

Your account must be kept in credit. The club does not operate an overdraft facility.

Membership Classification

Membership categories are detailed on the 'memberships and fees' page, and are subject to availability.

Liability

The company and employees shall be under no obligation and cannot accept responsibility in respect of the death and injury of members, their children, guests or any loss or damage to their property in the club; however such death, loss, injury or damages may be caused. The club shall be entitled at anytime without prior notice to vary the times of opening of any or all the facilities and shall be entitled to close any or all facilities for any period in connection with repair, alteration or maintenance.

Fire Exits

All the exits are clearly marked and are in the interests of public safety. Members and guests may only use the doors when the fire alarm is activated. In the event of a fire, members and guests should make their way through the nearest available exit to the assembly point on the grassed area between the carpark and kids zone.

Guests

Members may bring guests in to use the club. Guests will be subject to a guest fee and, if unaccompanied by a member, will pay a non-member rate on any court booking or coaching session. Guests may use the outdoor courts a maximum of three times before joining as a member. Non-members and guests can use the indoor courts, albeit subject to limited booking rights.

Members must ensure that their guests abide by the rules and must accept responsibility for their guest’s behaviour. No person whose membership of the club has been terminated or whose application for membership has at any time been refused shall be admitted as a guest. The club reserves the right to refuse any person to be admitted to the club.

Personal Property

Lockers are provided for members’ personal property, which is stored at their own risk. All lost property found on the premises should be handed into reception. Any lost property not claimed within one month will be disposed of.

Smoking

The club is a strictly non-smoking environment.
